- Evaluating mental health diagnoses and implementing treatment plans.
- Maintaining updated documentation using company platforms and EHR.
- A minimum of 25 client sessions per week to a diverse population of clients (with the ability to see more clients if desired)!
- Collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our community
- Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals
- Care coordination for assigned clients to ensure continuity of care.
- Participation in clinical staff meetings, trainings, supervision, and community outreach.

- Candidates are required to have a masters degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university and on track to obtain licensure in their designated field
- Candidates should have full clinical licensure (LPC, LCSW, LMFT)
- Experience completing intake assessments, treatment plans, and clinical case notes
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients
- Ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents in a timely manner
- Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base
- Ideal candidates will have a general knowledge of community resources and insurance billing
- General knowledge of Apple products, EHR (Valant is a plus!), Telehealth, and other software platforms
- Ability to pass a background check (see note below)
- Ability to come into the office in Monroeville, PA at least part of the week
